Calendar and Reminders access for iOS 17 (AJournal)

iOS 17 introduces a new Calendar and Reminder permission authentication process.

 

After upgrading from iOS 16 to iOS 17, in normal cases, iOS should remember the existing Calendar and Reminders permission. However, in some cases, the user needs to authenticate the access in AJournal settings again.

 

If AJournal lost permission to access Calendar or Reminders, please open AJournal settings on your device and tap the Calendar and Reminders again; AJournal should show a popup asking the user to allow the app to access the Calendar and Reminders on your Device.

 

If the user uses AJournal on multiple devices, please ensure the calendar names match exactly. If the name does not match, please rename it in the iOS Calendar app.
