We do have some users who get similar problems after switching iPhones.
Sometimes something goes wrong with the Apple iPhone & watch pairing.
1. Please open ATracker on iPhone, then open ATracker on watch when the ATracker on iPhone is on. Sometimes it helps with the sync process.
2. If it still needs to be fixed, you must unpair the watch and pair it again. Apple will ask you to backup the watch data first,
