Why I cannot hear the alarm (Android)?

Please check whether the device is muted or in "Do not disturb" mode.

Please check whether ATracker is allowed to send out notifications (allowed by default).

    I'm having this exact problem./

    I've checked the notification settings.

    Do not disturb is not on.

    Device is not muted.

    Has anyone else seen and solved this on Android?

    We have several users reporting similar issues before. But we do not know the exact cause yet. Some privilege settings on the device might need to be enabled.

    Can you tell us which device you are using? We can try to locate a similar device to reproduce the issue,
