    Thanks for using ATracker!

In the current ATracker, on the device on which data get changed, it will upload the change to our server. That operation is automated, and it uploads the change within 2 seconds.

But on the other devices, you need to tap the "Sync" button if you want to receive the change.  We used this logic to minimize the data usage on the device and improve the app's performance.

We will investigate this request and might add regular data pulling from server to device in future ATracker releases.

    Sorry for the inconvenience!

Where is the sync button on my phone and iPad. I’m trying to get them to sync. I put everything on my phone but it’s not showing up on my iPad!

    Hello Pharris,

If you have Dropbox sync or web sync enabled, the sync button should appear at the top of the "Today" tab.

The data sync across devices; there are two ways to sync data in iOS. Users can select one of them (not both).

    1. ATracker support sync via Dropbox. You can enable it in ATracker->settings. The sync via Dropbox is free to use. All data will be stored in your Dropbox storage.

    2. ATracker support sync via its web portal. You can enable it in ATracker->Settings->Subscription (Premium). It is a subscription-based service, and we must cover the hosting cost. We offer 30 days trial, so you can test the performance if needed.
