all mac & ipad & iphone sync doesn't exist unless i manually press the refresh button..? pro & premium user
I am a atracker pro user and have the premium subscription. i paid for the premium subscription because i wanted to have the app sync with all my devices, especially with my macbook.
i just checked with my other device, my ipad, and the same thing happens. i dont understand why when i switch the timer running from one task to another, it doesn't update on my other devices neither on my macbook nor my ipad. but i noticed that it not only doens't sync AUTOMATICALLY which it should, but it just NEVER updates and syncs UNLESS i press the sync button?
i don't understand, when i press the task buttons to run on my iphone, it updates and syncs on my apple watch RIGHT AWAY. BUT it doesn't sync automatically on my apple watch when i use the app on my mac/ipad.
i use another app too called Habits but the app syncs automatically no matter what device i use it on. it updates literally right away. but with atracker, it doesn't even have a delay or anything, it just doesn't sync unless i manually press the sync button.
i don't know if i am the only one facing this issue, i would like to know if there is a way to get this solved thank you.

Thanks for using ATracker!
In the current ATracker, on the device on which data get changed, it will upload the change to our server. That operation is automated, and it uploads the change within 2 seconds.
But on the other devices, you need to tap the "Sync" button if you want to receive the change. We used this logic to minimize the data usage on the device and improve the app's performance.
We will investigate this request and might add regular data pulling from server to device in future ATracker releases.
Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hello Pharris,
If you have Dropbox sync or web sync enabled, the sync button should appear at the top of the "Today" tab.
The data sync across devices; there are two ways to sync data in iOS. Users can select one of them (not both).
1. ATracker support sync via Dropbox. You can enable it in ATracker->settings. The sync via Dropbox is free to use. All data will be stored in your Dropbox storage.
2. ATracker support sync via its web portal. You can enable it in ATracker->Settings->Subscription (Premium). It is a subscription-based service, and we must cover the hosting cost. We offer 30 days trial, so you can test the performance if needed.
