Overview
Users can set goals on time spending and habit building. The goal can be defined on task or tag level and configured for duration or occurrence.
ATracker provides a clear and elegant report for following up on goals.
Create goal
To define goals, the user can tap the "Admin" button on the "Today" tab, Select "Goal," then tap the "Add" button.
Select the task or tag you want to create a goal with, then enter all info, e.g., for daily or weekly, duration or occurrence, weekdays, and start date.
If the user selects a numeric tag, the user can also set a goal based on value. If the user selects a dropdown tag, the user can also set a goal for the duration or occurrence of an individual code.
If the tag is duration-based, the user can enable the notification setting.
Users can also add goals in the task and tag form.
Goal list
All goals with an end date not set or an end date in the future will appear in the "Active" goal list. The rest will be listed in the "Historical" list.
Today overview
A new 'Goal overview' mode is introduced in the 'Today' tab, where users can see the goals' progress. Users can also tap the goal icon to see all task entries related to that goal.
Users can tap the "Overview mode" button to switch between the stack bar and goal mode.
Bar chart report
In the daily goal report, you can see the progress for each goal for that day. In addition, you can tap any goal to expand and check all task entries related to it.
Goal report
In a bar chart, if the task configures a goal, it will show each day's lower and/or higher goal line.
The monthly goal report provides you with a progress overview of all goals for the month. In addition, goals with the same goal name and similar goal settings will be merged. (e.g., goals based on the duration of one task but configured to different weekdays).
In a monthly report, you can tap the date to see a list of all goals for that day.
In a monthly report, you can tap the goal name to see the daily progress of that goal. Again, you can switch between the percent and values view.
