Can't change my name in my profile
I'm trying to change my name in my profile (on the website) to reflect the change to my legal name that I recently did, but despite a green check showing up right before the dialog closes, my name does not get updated. I tried refreshing the page but that didn't help. Then I logged out and in again but my old name persists.
Am I missing something or is it in fact a bug?

Can you send an email to email@example.com with the screenshot of the dialog?
We do not have the profile renaming UI with a green check. So it might be from the support portal, not ATracker account management system.
