Unable to open files, can't restore

Been using the app for a week or so now but had to in a rush, factory reset my phone. I had expected my data, but in .atracker type. I cannot open this and I cannot restore my app purchase. What can I do to access the information and get the app working again?

  To restore the purchase, please download the app from Google Play again with the same Google Play ID, then tap "Restore purchase" button in ATracker->Settings->Ugprade app. If it does not work, please send an email to support@wonderapps.se and tell us the original order number, we will guide you through on the restoring process.
