Selecting tags when starting/stopping tasks

Is there any way to make the app prompt you to select a drop down tag when starting and/or ending a task on the iOS version?  If not that would be a good feature.  The same goes for numeric tags as well, it would be handy to be prompted (although I'll admit I haven't tried numeric tags yet).  I forget to select the tag value after I have completed a task a lot of the time.  Thanks!

  Thanks for using ATracker!

  Please enable "Enter note after finishing this task" option in task setup form for task with Numeric or Dropdown tag. With that option enabled, after stopping the task, ATracker will show the "Note" form, please slide that form down a little bit and ATracker will allow user to enter value for the tags.

  Please have it a try and hope it fits your need!

  Hey Jian, thanks for the suggestion.  So I enabled that, and the only issue I immediately see is I have to enter something in the notes field or it bypasses the screen where it lets you select the tag.  Honestly I'd rather just have an option just like that for popping up and selecting the tag after completion.  However, minimally, that notes option would work if it would not just abort out when I do not enter anything.

  For now I will enable that and just remember to type something in there to get the next screen up.

  You do not need to type anything, just tap the note field and swipe down. It should show the tags.

  Jian thanks you're amazing!  That works.  It's a little clumsy as I would have likely not figured that out without a good bit of tinkering, but it works.

  Thanks for these tips.  It will make things a lot easier moving forward.

  If you don't mind, with regards to tagging, I assume there is no way to select a tag from the Apple watch correct?  That's ok if not, I understand that would be more difficult.  But I just figured I would ask.

  Currently user cannot set Dropdown code or numeric number for those tags. We have not figured a good way to show them in that small space and how to let user fix the data if they entered wrong on the watch. Frankly the watch screen is quite small and not good to do those task in our opinion.

  Similarly we have not allowed user to enter note via voice either from Watch. We have tested it internally, but at that time, we found it is frustration to update the note in case iOS recognise wrong. We might reinvestigate all those advanced feature in future.
