Can't sign up for web portal account on iOS App

I signed up for the 30 day web portal trial when when I try to create an atracker.pro account from the app I get the attached errors.

  Sorry the error message is quite misleading.

   

  Actually it means your email address is longer than 32 characters.

   

  Unfortunately we only support email address which is shorter than 32 characters.
