    Can you kill ATracker app and then restart it?

    We have several users reporting similar issue and they got it solved by restarting the app.

    Still I cannot login after restarting ATracker.
    (Rebooting Android got the same result.)
    Furthermore, ATracker says "Error: Account not registered." when I tried tapping "FORGOT PASSWORD?"

    I'm using Android 10. Is this the cause?

    We found the traffic is blocked by security measurement we added in Microsoft Azure hosting.

    We have reconfigured it on server and now you should be able to log in. You do not need to update the Android app.

    Please have it a try!
