Web portal and iPhone not syncing

    Thanks for using ATracker and writing to us!
    Somehow the post has “Blocked” by Zendesk (our platform for support). It is marked as “Pending approval”, so we do not get notifications on it on time.
    Can you do a data backup in ATracker ->Settings->Settings on your iPhone and send it to support@wonderapps.se?
    We will compare the data in the backup and the data on our server to see what caused the sync problem.

    For your info, I have 17 days left on my free trial for the premium version of A-Tracker, which later becomes a subscription if I decide to renew.
