Alarm won't sound on Android

Hi, I'm loving this app but the alarm doesn't seem to sound on my Android phone. I'm on Android Version 9.

I followed the instructions on the FAQ (https://support.wonderapps.se/hc/en-us/articles/360022173994-Why-I-cannot-hear-the-alarm-Android-) but no sound occurs when the timer winds down for a task.
