    Thanks for using ATracker!

    For iOS,

ATracker uses Apple official component to send out report data and data backup via email.

Can you try to open the Apple mail app and check if you can compose email from that?

Also, please check the spam folder. Normally it is not a problem, as the email is send from your own email account.

By the way, when ATracker open the mail form, if you have multiple email accounts, you can select the mail is sent from which account.

Apple Mail is totally buggy and low-quality software, as usual with Apple. What's been happening for many years in iOS, without Apple fixing it, is that when you send mail from other apps, the messages remain stuck in the Outbox without being sent. I suggest, Robyn, that you check your Outbox in Apple Mail to see if those messages are still stuck there, without having been sent.

(This is one of the reasons why I switched from iPhone to Samsung Note. After all these years, Apple doesn't even allow you to choose your default mail app on iOS. Sheesh...)

    That was it, thanks!

I only use Apple Mail for this sort of thing. Otherwise I use the gmail app!

I use Spark on iOS and Gmail on Android. Spark crashes a lot, but it's still better than the inept Apple Mail.

I totally agree. Personally I only use iPhone to check email and I only reply email on Mac with "Airmail" app. But as currently iOS infrastructure, we can only use the Apple official email component to send out email in ATracker app.

If the email get stuck somewhere, please use the File app to fetch the backup. We have a "hidden feature" in ATracker that when user do the data backup, before we show the email composing screen, we save the data backup to "File" first.

This "hidden feature" was developed for users that the email client does not allow attachment due to company policy. But anyone has problem with Mail app can use that as well.
