Android pro edition

Hi, I want to use atracker pro edition on my android device, but cannot find and download that…
not even in google play; the app in google play is exactly the normal edition…
how can I get that?

please answer  as soon as you can!

I am changing from IOS to ANDROID. I have paid once for the pro edition for IOS, should I pay again?
how can I get the pro edition app for my android???
