Alex, thanks for your answers!
Sometimes we do not get the email update from Zendesk platform (the platform we used for support ticket). We will report this issue to them.
Kim, We do not have similar backup / restore problem reported before. I saw you have sent us the backup file and have restored it to our test device without problem.
I will send you an email with proof of the data restoration and guide you on how to merge the data with the web sync.

Well, all I can say is Dropbox stopped working for me as well. There seem to be recurring outages/crashes with Dropbox.
I switched to ATracker's paid server sync (€27.49 per year), and it works great. I realize not everyone wants to pay, but if you can (and then you also support ATracker development), I definitely recommend it. As far as I'm aware, the syncing is quite different (in terms of technology) via the server – it's lightning-fast, whereas Dropbox only supports a much slower mode of syncing (especially if you have 3 iOS devices like I do). So, I'm very happy I made the switch.
(Now, if only the Android app also made it possible to sync with the server, it would be ideal. But that's currently not possible. I tried recording activities via the server webpage on my Android devices, but that doesn't work, either – certain activities, especially retroactively in the past, fail to get registered/saved, so for Android, ATracker still isn't usable for me.)

Really? I've never had that issue – backup & restore have been rock-solid for me over the years.
Can you maybe try again? I would, perhaps, just to make sure, first restart the iPhone or iPad (perhaps also re-install ATracker), and then load the backup file from an email attachment, for example, opening it in ATracker. So far, this has always worked for me without a glitch.
