Internal linking error

I’m trying to link my daily pages to a monthly brain dump page and it keeps resetting the link and taking me to January, no matter what month I connect it to. When I go from the tagged month note back to the current day it takes me to Jan 1st no matter what day I highlight. Is this a bug or I am I doing something wrong?

  Also, if I link it to the week page and then go back to day using the buttons at the top it always takes me back to the the day after the current day (tomorrow instead of today).

  I just tried to link to the 2024 year tab from a note in projects and it will only let me link to 2023. It keeps reverting back each time I edit it and go to 2024.
