How can I turn alerts on so that I can hear them ?

I have selected alerts for my timed tasks and the time they should sound, but I don't hear them past that time. My phone's sound is on - no prob with other alerts as they come in.

  Please check two things.
  
  1. In ATracker, in the settings form, please try to change to another alert sound, if you cannot hear the alarm when you select them, it means your sound is muted on iPhone, you can swipe up from the bottom part of iPhone o open the volume control. iPhone has separate sound volume and ring volume, by the way.
  
  2. If you can hear it in ATracker, please go to the settings on your iPhone and got o notification, and check whether sound is enabled for ATracker notification.
