i think I hate atracker. They need new ownership and management. TIMEBRO is kicking their butt.

I paid for a year of atracker and must express my disappointment. The leadership should hang their hats and hire new guns to run this company. Also, AJournal is stupid and a waste of their resources. It's highly disappointing. I'm a highly disappointed customer. Their social media presense is non existent and contacting team members to vent to isn't even an option. They have a lot of work today. I look forward to never renewing my membership again.

  Normally, we answer emails within 24 hours. But in some cases, the email gets into the Spam folder. We check all emails in the Spam folders every two days. Adam, can you email support@wonderapps.se and let us know the issue? We will try our best to help you.

  By the way, TIMEBRO is a desktop app that monitors software usage automatically, mainly for companies to manage their employees. They do not have a mobile app either (as on mobile devices, especially iPhones, third-party apps cannot get info when users open other apps).

  Good. I don't want your time. I want the founders to contact me and address my statement that they have absolutely no pulse on their customer's needs.

  Emin you're delusional. This company sucks and their lack of market share in the space backs my comment. 

  And I don't know who the founders are but they have zero relationship with their customer base and it's unacceptable. So I'm calling them out on it. 

  And ZERO of the team has responded to me in regards to my message. Jian's 'timebro defense' doesn't qualify - especially being he said ATracker would send me a serviceable response within a 24 hour period, which they NEVER DID. 

  Your app sucks. You suck. And EMIN, you definitely suck.
